PURCHASE AND USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Fleur Piton, and according to any and all specifications and directions of the manufacturer of any third party products we may carry.

Fleur Piton sells its merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Fleur Piton, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD FLEUR PITON FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, FLEUR PITON SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO CANDLE BURNING.

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure that you are delighted with your Fleur Piton purchase. In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you decide to return an item(s) to Fleur Piton, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, as well as any duties and taxes that are incurred on the package.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@fleurpiton.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and indicate which item(s) you wish to return as well your reason for wanting to return it. We will provide email notification of whether your return has been accepted or denied. Please do not return items unless such approval has been issued by us. We require that items that have been approved for return be postmarked within 14 days of our notice of approval.

The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer (except where an item is defective). We advise our customers to ensure that they return items via trackable means as we cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost or stolen in transit.

Fleur Piton reserves the right to refuse any returns that fail to meet the standards outlined in our return policy. Items that appear used or damaged upon return are not eligible for refund. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will thus be ineligible for refund.

REFUNDS

Please note that all returns will be subject to inspection. If we are satisfied that your return meets the conditions outlined in our return policy, we will approve your refund request. We will provide notification of our approval via email within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s). Once your return has been initiated by us, the availability of funds will be dependent on the policies of your financial institution. Please contact your financial institution to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@fleurpiton.com if an item in your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We will only replace items that meet the aforementioned requirements (that is; are defective/were damaged in transit, or the wrong item) and are otherwise unused and intact in their original packaging).
